SIZE CHART FOR MEN & WOMEN

Taking your measurements, Women:

BUST
Wrap a soft tape measure around your bust. It should wrap around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor.
WAIST
Wrap the tape measure around your natural waist. Keep it parallel to the floor. Do not hold your breath or suck your stomach in. Hold your body erect in a comfortable standing position to get an accurate measurement. Be sure you don't draw it too tight.
HIPS
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is usually located 7 to 9 inches below your natural waist. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.

TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENT (MEN)

Neck: Measure round the base of your neck where a shirt collar would sit.

Sleeves: Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, over the top of your shoulder down to the point where you want your cuff to sit. If you find that your sleeve length falls between two of our sizes, choose the longer of the two

Chest: Wrap the tape measure under your armpits, around the fullest part of your chest.
The tape measure should be snug. Not so tight that it constricts breathing, but not so loose that the tape measure slides down.
Don't puff out or flex your chest. Just stand normally.

Waist: Find the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips.
wrap a tape measure around your waist, midway between these points.
breathe out naturally before taking the measurement.

Inseam: The inseam measurement is taken from the underside of the crotch (or top inseam point) to the bottom side of the ankle (bottom inseam point)
